In 2011, she joined Citi Global Consumer Bank in the same capacity and helped the bank source for global talents and senior management officers. She left the company in 2013 and joined New York Life Insurance Company as a corporate vice president in charge of recruitment before joining Deutsche Bank in 2014 as the executive recruitment lead in charge of the U.S market.
